I specialize in addiction and recovery but treat a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief/bereavement.
My number one priority is to bring happiness and well-being to my client's lives by restoring their mental balance. I hope to help you break free from old habits, develop healthy coping skills and

I meet with clients for one-on-one counseling sessions in a safe and comfortable setting to begin the therapeutic process. If our initial meeting goes well, clients can choose to set up weekly individual therapy sessions or schedule them on an as-needed basis. As a team, we will determine goals and the best ways to achieve them. Family and/or friends are welcome to join sessions occasionally if mutually decided upon by the client and therapist.
I value my relationship with my clients and encourage ongoing feedback about the therapeutic relationship. Research shows the strongest predictor of successful change and growth in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship, not necessarily the chosen treatment modality. As a therapist, I feel honored that clients allow me on their personal journey, and my hope is to provide a respectful, encouraging, and nonjudgemental environment to allow the process to occur.
